Shipping, Returns, & Restock Policies

 

Shipping

All of my items will packaged by me and shipped from Idaho in the United States.

Ready-to-ship items will ship as soon as possible after receiving your order. These will usually will ship on the same day (if ordered early in the morning Mon-Fri) or the next business day.

Made-to-order and custom items will take longer, and the time it takes depends on the type/size of the animal and amount of details. Please see individual listings for an estimated processing time.

All items will ship USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class) or USPS First Class International. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping option!


International Shipping


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


I offer international shipping to select countries. By ordering, you agree to pay any customs fees/import taxes upon delivery. You will also agree to accept any package delays and the possibility that a package can get lost in transit.
If you don’t have a shipping option for your country, please fill out the form below so I can add it to my shipping list!

If you are in the EU, please keep in mind that my items are not meant to be toys, and have not been safety tested as such. My crocheted items are decorative only, and must NOT be given to a child with the purpose of being played with.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept returns or exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.



Damaged Goods
First Class mail is now called Ground Advantage, and it includes insurance on any items up to $100 (anything over that, I will insure myself)
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging. You may need to bring it to the post office in order for an insurance claim to be accepted. I will need photo proof of the damage before I can process a refund/return.
Please contact me within 1-2 days after receiving a damaged package!


Cancellations

I will accept cancellations under certain conditions:
♦ Pre-made items
: I will only accept a cancellation if the item has not shipped yet. I normally ship these very quickly (unless it’s a weekend), so it’s best if you make up your mind that you really want the item before ordering!
Made-to-order items: I will only accept a cancellation if I have not started working on your item yet. The time for this can vary, so please send me a message if you have concerns about your order and need to cancel.

Stocking Fees

In some cases, an Item Stocking fee may be required. These include:

  • Customer changes their mind about the yarn colors after the item is already crocheted, and a new one needs to be made in different colored yarn.

  • An item is returned due to an incorrect address, and customer has not paid the invoice to re-ship the item and/or has not responded to messages asking for a correct address.

  • A package is refused/returned because the customer does not want to pay customs/import fees to receive their package.

In these cases, the item will be added into the regular shop selection, and a stocking fee will either be charged (for remakes) or taken out of the refund (for returns/wrong address/refusals).

The cost of each stocking fee will be the price difference between the custom and non-custom versions of the specific size/pattern for each animal. This will be dependent on the size, complexity of markings and fur styles of the custom item that was crocheted.
